ABOUT US
SearchDSM was conceived three years ago in 2004 with three simple goals:
- To present a very simple site layout, but include very feature rich information and useful search tools.
- To give people the ability to find some of the best Events, Music, Restaurants, Bars, and Businesses Des Moines has to offer.
- To keep most of the site a free service to the Des Moines and Surrounding Community
We designed the site so people can “self post” information that is key word searchable.
People can also Post Free Classifieds and Event Listings and Businesses can Post Directory Listings.
Every listing can be posted with links to websites, email, maps, photo galleries, and key word searchable text.
The Business Listings help us pay our bills and we would like to encourage everyone to support the businesses that help support this site.
Without them, we would not be able to offer many of our Free Services to you.
Three years later (Feb, 2007), we are proud to offer you a site that fulfills our goals.
